[forty-cdk/context-menu] FORCDK-CONTEXT-MENU-002: [forContextMenuTrigger] opened a menu that rendered no [forMenuContent], so it was closed again.
Cause
The trigger suppresses the browser's own menu before it opens, so an open that mounts nothing leaves the user with no menu at all.
Fix
Bind [disabled] on the trigger to the same condition that renders the content, so the browser menu shows through when there is nothing to offer.
