[forty-cdk/core] FORCDK-CORE-004: A focus trap was still active when its owner was destroyed, so focus was not returned.
Cause
The owner never called `deactivate()`. The teardown safety net released the keyboard channel (the `document` keydown listener and the stack entry), but only the owner can decide where focus goes.
Fix
Call `trap.deactivate({ returnFocus })` from the owner's own `DestroyRef.onDestroy`.
