[forty-cdk/table] FORCDK-TABLE-003: <for-table-body> [defs] was bound to a value that is not a library def registry.
Cause
The registration protocol is not public, so a hand-rolled ForTableDefRegistry has no way to receive registrations.
Fix
Bind [defs] to the registry provideForTableDefRegistry() installs.
