[forty-cdk/table] FORCDK-TABLE-008: Invalid {input} {value} declared on {piece}: {reason}.

Cause

A track fragment is interpolated into the grid-template-columns string ForTableBody derives, where a fragment that escapes its slot collapses the whole track with no error.

Fix

Use a self-contained track value, or omit the input (or pass null) to leave it unset.
