[forty-cdk/time-picker] FORCDK-TIME-PICKER-002: [forTimePickerTrigger] could not resolve its [forTimePicker] root.
Cause
No FOR_TIME_PICKER_CONTEXT provider is visible and no explicit root was passed. Angular resolves a directive's dependencies at the template's declaration site rather than where it is stamped, so a piece declared in an ng-template outside the root resolves nothing even when it renders inside it.
Fix
Move [forTimePickerTrigger] inside the [forTimePicker] element, or pass the root explicitly: [forTimePickerTrigger]="root" with #root="forTimePicker".
